• Keep. Appears to be a book that meets Wikipedia's guidelines, with both the citations in the article and elsewhere proving notability. For example, this article in The Rising Nepal newspaper discusses both the book's author and why this book is important to Nepal's society (the article also mentions that the book was supported by Nepal's then-president Ram Baran Yadav). --SouthernNights (talk) 16:06, 26 March 2023 (UTC)
